Xplor Triib

We converted to this app in Nov ‘22 and it has honestly taken positive aspects from our community. The interface is impossible to work with so members don’t reserve/check in and more important people aren’t logging and bonding on the leaderboards.

Not intuitive. Goes blank. Can’t cancel credit card or payments.

Trash. Don’t do it. Wish we could go back to just Triib..

I’ve never left an app review before but this was just such a huge step backwards from the old Triib app that I felt compelled to review. It’s all been said in the other reviews…Just hoping someone is reading these and does something about it.

I can no longer see how many classes I’ve attended in a month, I also have to click about 2-3 times to book one class. When I check-in, sometimes it doesn’t go through or it lags terribly. I miss the simplicity of the old app where everything seemed more user friendly. No idea how this is an “upgrade.” Please at least bring back some of the functionality of the old app!! The new app looks fine but performs terribly. Need: - See class attendance numbers - Click once to book a class - Click once to check in

Constantly shows the wrong info, and changes when I restart it. This needs work.

Five clicks (really slowly, because nothing loads well) to book a single workout. That is, if everything works as designed, which it never does. Touch to select a date and it scrolls to the wrong date, or never moves at all. Always reverts back to the beginning of the current day, even though that would *never* be the option I’m looking for. Its also unconscionably slow to load a minimal set of data. Triib was barebones but streamlined. Xplor is a garbage fire.

This app is not user friendly in any fashion. If my gym didn’t require me to use it for in gym purchases I wouldn’t bother with it. My 6 year old could probably design something better. Maybe I should look for a different gym.

All the same complaints other reviewers have. Slow, too many clicks to sign up for a class, poor design all around. Super glitchy. Could never see the whiteboard, although some members can. Deleted and reinstalled app and now can’t book a class because it says I have no membership. Online account is fine in that it allows me to do it. Still poor UI design. We had WODify before this and members loved it but owners had issues on backend. Can’t imagine that part is any better than what members are having to deal with. Still scratching my head about why they would go with an app that has 1 star….

This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to write a review about an app… I’m assuming that Xplor acquired Triib as we were made to switch to this app at my gym. I hate it so much. Not only is it extremely slow and every time you click something it takes minutes to load, but you also have to click through about 3 different screens just to book a class…
