Unable to attach file

I may be blind but I couldn't find the button to attach a file to mail on my iPhone 7.

To the Apple Support Team

After updating to iOS 17.5.1, I noticed that Turkish language support is missing on my mobile device. Instead, the Arabic language option appeared. I have discovered through various complaints that this issue is not limited to my device and affects many users. I kindly request that this issue be fixed and Turkish language support be reinstated. Thank you for your assistance.
