I feel like there is a load of recurring spam mails that I have to keep on deleting. Other than that I really like the app.

I think you must get rid of all the adverts

Emails either blocked or delayed

Not sure what is up with Yahoo but email delivery fails spectacularly. Valid emails are blocked. Initially I thought the problem is with other service providers. Some emails do not even go to the Spam folder. They simply disappear. Time sensitive emails arrive hours, if not days later. Yahoo has been around for decades, yet struggles with basic email delivery and spam filter configuration. Gmail and Outlook.com are better services.

Ad free mail advertising

Your continueous advertisement to try to convince me to subscribe to that functionality is to say the least , irritating. I will not subscribe to that and may even consider using another platform, but please stop taking the screen space with your add. Your continued advertisements are irritating

Missing emails - no support

Important emails not received in my yahoo mailbox. Don’t even know what others are not received. Tried all online help, finally got a link to chat with agent. Explain problems - great, online specialist available BUT you have to pay first. Fully refunded when … I closed the tab, will create an email somewhere and bye bye Yahoo.
