There is no option to delete the account from the app. I had to contact support for this.

Hartile sunt foarte aiurea, nu a fost cursa fara sa am probleme cu locatiile, soferii se plang si ei de aceeasi problema. Iar referitor la soferi, 95% sunt extrem de neprofesionisti, probabil colaboreaza cu cei pe care nu ii accepta celelalte platforme de ridesharding. 2 stele doar pt ca de fiecare data cand am sesizat o problema si-au cerut scuze, m-au asigurat ca au luat masuri si mi-au oferit discount-uri. Deci sincer singura parte ok a acestei platforme e echipa care se ocupa de sesizari.

Salut, Am hotarat sa scriu acest review pentru ca doresc sa nu mai pateasca si altcineva ceea ce am patit eu cu acesta aplicatie. Judecati voi. Intr-o seara am facut comanda de o masina prin acesta aplicatie, mai aveam 2% la baterie. Vina mea, se inchide telefonul, fara sa-mi apara masina si cat costa cursa, cel putin eu nu am mai vazut. A doua zi, surpriza, 11.6 lei debitati din cont. Am sunat soferul si mi-a comunicat ca a stat 7 minute si ca este taxa de renuntare la cursa. Eu din acelasi loc am luat RATB-ul si sincer nu am fost atent, dar nu am vazut nici o masina sa vina si sa astepte. Am asteptat RATB-ul cam 20-25 de minute. Parerea mea este, ca acesta aplicatie este o mizerie. Am dat e-mail catre ei si nimic. Daca raspundeau, poate nu dadeam acest review. Dar in merita. Revin cu o completare. Dupa cateva e-mail-uri purtate cu cei de la Yango am reusit sa-mi recuperez cei 11.6 lei pe care i-au incasat fara sa stiu. Am dat 3 stele, doar pentru suport!

Full of bugs, basic functionality trash overall

If you take a look at the 5 star reviews you will notice most of them are just from users adding their promo code to get bonuses. This app uses gets “false” 5 star reviews with code baiting from its new users. This service attracted a user base with very small fees and costs at the beginning, but now its often more expensive than Uber and Bolt. Also the app has many glitches and bugs, often trips getting canceled at the last moment after waiting for the driver to arrive. The drivers are a lot worse comparing to the other services available, often I had to cancel the ride because of a rude driver. Because of this Yango blocked my account after I reported the last driver who wasnt moving towards my location. Even if at the beginning the cars were new and clean, after a few months when the bonuses disappeared, also most of the nice cars disappeared. I recommend better services like Uber, Bolt and Free Now.

Really bad drivers, one asked me to cancel the trip because I was too far, I told him that he should cancel, then he called me and started threatening me. I told Yango complaints about this but I haven’t heard anything from them. Definitely use alternative Bolt or Uber if you can.
