Safety is our top priority. You’ll see who’s coming to pick you up and in which car right in the app. You’ll see info about the driver, such as their name and rating, and will be able to share your route with whomever you like so they know where you are.

Yango will suggest destinations for your rides based on your ride history, like first offering ‘home’ as a destination because it’s your most common request on weekday evenings. Ride the smart way!
Multiple destinations, one route
Yango makes everyday life super easy. Like picking the kids up from school, dropping a friend off at a market, and doing some quick shopping on the way. Just add a new stop in the app, and Yango will recalculate a new route for the driver.

Driver was really polite and optimistic about job
I had a great conversation about there work experience, he was very optimistic and honest with the job. He was polite and honest person.
Significant overcharge and dishonesty
The yango app automatically updated the destination without my consent and i was charged significantly than the estimated price. I tried to reach out to the customer service about the issue but they told me the latest price shown in the app is correct. I believe there is a technical glitch or something with the application. My friends experienced same issue like me. Very disappointing

Behaviour Of SOME DRIVERS
Some Drivers are Just Trashy and have NO CURTESY THEY LACK-MANNERS .. Some cars are NOT ROAD SAFE,The odour of some eeesh.. Why do they ask where 1 is going and the price?? So wrong.. WORK ON THE PEOPLE WHO R IN THE BUSINESS NOT THUGS

They sent a very abusive driver and even though I recorded the whole thing and sent it to them along with my complaint, they simply did nothing.

Problems with routes and directions
This app is very problematic with routes and directions, compared to other similar apps. It’ll sometimes lead you to wrong destinations and when you direct the driver to the correct destination it charges you extra. Sometimes it leads drivers to wrong pick up locations. And the cars are worst in quality compared to competitors

I don't like this app they always charged you extra for waiting even if they don't have to wait but they charge you and said app is showing this price and you have to pay this is such inconvenience
