YEEDI

I love the vac, but the app has not worked properly in months. Very aggravating. I was looking into buying another in the future but because of the App issues I will not be.

I’ve had this vacuum since 2020. It worked great until 2022 when it started making a horrible noise and the warranty had just expired. Now, it’s 2025 and keeps saying can’t find selected area. The thing keeps getting worse and worse.

The app just crashes. Fix it first a better review.

I’m a millennial who grew up on video games and technology. I’m tech savvy. I’m running an i phone 15 pro. The auto ‘self mapping’ of yeedi is bad, but perhaps with some sketchy techniques you can make it work. I’ve tried it a half dozen times both the quick create feature and map while cleaning feature. —Either it returns incredibly inaccurate results or it returns an error code and couldn’t create the map. — Ok fine I’ll just edit the map it returns and edit it myself… nope! Can’t delete walls or rooms it thinks are there. Can’t create walls despite it having the option (yes the feature just does not work). Can’t resize the scale if furniture (yes the feature just does not work) So essentially you can not create an accurate map. Perhaps the only work around is creating no go zones. So they were very ambitious in creating this app with many good touted features but ultimately the implementation is just bad. It does not work. Sorry

This new format is always crashing. The app can barely use my vacuum cleaner.

Got a new unit, but the vacuum won’t read the QR code from the phone. So no way to set up. And no help lines. May have to return.

I tried to love Yeedi. It am extremely disappointed and regret the purchase. The app for the vacuum will not work it continues to error on accepting terms and conditions and when you click support it says survey not found.

I bought the YEEDI and and program my house. It worked fine at the beginning, but it’s not even a month old and it just comes out of the base and turn around and goes right back in. I can’t believe for all the money I spent that this is garbage. I actually took my time and looked at several different companies and I’m really disappointed that I chose this one.

I never set this stupid robot to do anything automated, I dont know why it turns itself on in the middle of the night but it wakes you up and it doesn’t stop when you hit the power button. It’s not even cleaning anything, it’s just driving around my room aimlessly and the power button makes it try noisily and fail to drive back to its dock. I just want it to sit there when I haven’t told it to do anything. I just want to go back to bed goddamn it

First, it can’t even recognize that it’s going through a doorway thus meaning it’s a different room (there’s even a threshold that it has to make effort to go over!), then it won’t even let me manually divide the room. It lets me set the line, it lets me click the green checkmark, it acts like it’s dividing it and then it’s not divided… The other weird issue was that the first day it kept turning the complete opposite direction to go to the room I asked it to go to. First, it headed to the hallway, the correct thing to do, but instead of turning right, it turned left. Sure wish there was a chat option or some sort of quick help for this.
