Please fix app, it will not open, I have the vac mop station only about 3 years old and now the app won’t open!

Whenever I click enter or click on any settings app keeps on loading screen.

App opens after fourth atttempt. Then it constantly downloads data before fully launching. What a disaster.

Please give me the old app back! New one is terrible!

I got this Yeedi robot and I downloaded the app. I can’t even get the app to open. It says “can’t find api”. So I have this robot that is app driven and the app doesn’t even work. Everything else in the house that is connected to the Wi-Fi works. Their customer service is also non-existent. Save yourself some aggravation and buy a Shark or Roomba

This is a fantastic app. I have had no issues with my pro vac 2. It scanned accurately the house on the first try to the app. My bot has trouble from time to time finding the charge station even when it’s right in front of it. I like the geo fencing you can put in areas you don’t want vacuumed, or carpeted areas you don’t want mopped. Today drop 1 start simply because as soon as I open the app an ad pops up full screen that does not let you close it for a time period. This app synchronizes perfectly with the Android app.

New update to the app is not working. It’s useless now please fix it

When this app locks up, you have to uninstall, then reinstall, therefore losing your data of the map area. Several reinstall of the app did not fix the lock up problem. I can only hope this is not a permanent condition. The vacuum itself last about one year before malfunctioning. I did receive a replacement under warranty. I am on my third one. This will be my last yeedi. The mop is useless because it just smears the floors. Animal hair does not empty out of the collector box that must be manually emptied daily, regardless of the empty station.

I was very happy with this product but the new app lost me multiple features. The new app has frequent timeouts and I cannot find a way to stop the schedule I have setup.

Omg what is happening?! There’s like a new interface you have to deal with just to get to the old interface to get your yeedi to do its regular job. Stop messing with stuff that isn’t broken. Can’t even get the yeedi to go home at this point.
