You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
• When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings after purchase.
• When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. health guides) for an additional fee, either as a one-off or recurring payment. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

I recently checked my transactions after purchasing the app and found out thatt they charge way more then they were supposed to. Had to dispute through my bank.

Savasana not working
Ever since the new update there is no savasana at the end of my smart plan. Please fix.

I thought I agreed to try for one month at $15.19 for one month. Now they tell me I signed up for auto renewal. I told them to cancel me and they tell me I need notice and I need to cancel on the APP. I have looked all over the APP & can not locate anywhere to cancel. If they where a professional company they would not try to fool you. This is such a scam. If they were good people would want to stay on.

Just to note. They will charge you 24 hours before your subscription is supposed to renew. And also, do not expect an answer when you email support.

Check your credit card. They don’t even appear on your Apple Subscription list. Awful.
There are better yoga apps
I find alomoves to be much better for a similar price. I think I like the idea yoga go has with plans and somatic yoga but the pricing is not clear and I think I was pulled in with misleading advertising. I have a hard time thinking the somatic plan I’m on now will result in their suggested 60 lbs I’d be losing in about 3 months. The first 7 days on the plan the workouts were 5-7 minutes….. I’m not making the connection of the promised weight loss results and customer service is non existent unfortunately. I wanted this to work and was thinking about getting my mom a subscription as a gift but they don’t get back to you via email support which is the only support they have. I also received no email when I signed up and so luckily I’ll just stay on top of my subscription and cancel prior to it reviewing because I don’t think I would ever get customer service to fix that for me. Try alomoves is my recommendation to you all.
Unauthorized payments
I canceled my subscription and two months later they ran my card. My bank said that they have had trouble with this company before. They are known for fraudulent unauthorized transactions. They are very sketchy.
