I looked and looked over several apps to start a yoga journey and fell in love with this one. However after downloading and opening the app all it was was a video about the app. Nothing else. At all. Thankfully I hadn’t been charged as I couldn’t even get to that part. I sincerely hope that it was just a glitch as I’m extremely disappointed!
This app is delicious! Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, Eddie guides you through each and every step. He has a unique way of making small movements seem profound. Each practice makes me feel like more grounded and more in tune with myself, usually within the first minute. I’ve been practicing yoga for ten years and I’m getting so much out of this app. A win-win!
Well made app, very useless
Got this app for myself but I finished using it with my Mom who is 77 — She really loves it and loves our yoga time together. Sessions are short and sweet. We do them first thing in the morning before BF or a bit after dinner.The combination of Asanas, guided Meditation and inspirational thoughts by Eddie Stern makes it really a bit boring experience over time. On Sundays I make it a longer practice, I add up all of the sessions that far as a treat to myself ! (Mom likes better the once a day short ones) After a good 25 days of practice, it feels like we are both addicted to this. We can’t wait for the next one to pop! Also worth mentioning is the online support— They are doing an excellent job, promptly answering all questions you might have. Five stars and highly recommended.

I’m benefiting from this app every day! I’m not able to do long practice due to health issues (it’s feels like I can’t play football for life), terrible! I’ve had a yoga practice for years and have done mediation here and there— this app has been an amazing tool for getting into a daily, consistent practice. The videos are short and to the point and it’s so easy to use
I hate exercising. I don’t even like yoga, which is strange because my brother is a yoga guru. Named Eddie. And despite Eddie being my brother, this is really the only movement / breathing-based app I can stomach. And if I like it, then you will too. It’s an easy, stress free way to breathe and stretch and have a moment of peace during a terrible time.
