Impossible to sync with Apple health
Text notifications are dead
I recently migrated from android to iPhone 13 and in doing so lost the ability to receive text notifications on my mifit band entirely. This function previously worked extremely well for me. The text messages do not work for Messages, WhatsApp, or GV. I have enabled notifications at the app level and within my IPhone settings but nothing working. Very frustrating
I used mi fitness and Zepp life, turns out, it’s broken.
So I was thinking about using mi fitness but with Zepp life. It’s a scam with mi fitness. I thought that it will be good on my mi Xiang smart band 7! Now I have to delete the app. Now I won’t deal with this app anymore.
Totally disaster
I don't believe it. I purchased Miband 2, 3, and 5 and today I just bought 9. Guess what? Xiaomi makes cars but is unable to develop a simple application. Mifit then Zepp life and now another Zepp. I AM FACING TO LOST PAST 7 years MY BIO DATAS. 1- you have my every moment data including sleep, GPS location, heartbeat, PAI, etc and I am not able to collect those data safely. There is the possibility of losing all those data!!! 2- please double-check your business plan!! Write down canvas again!! Are you aware one of the most important of the device’s named Miband competitive advantage is COLLECTING data??? I want to use those data in Python!! Furthermore, Now I even couldn't pair Miband9 with Zepp Life. I have to move to another app thanks to Xiaomi’s lack of management. You have serious problems, not technically but from strategic perspective. Now I really have concerns about your honest use of millions of people's bio data. It is shameful. I hate to say this but this is going to be a real Chinese product. Sorry.
Stopped syncing data with iOS health
I use it with the mi scale for years now but it stopped syncing data with iOS health app last April and I just can’t make it work again. It used to sync weight and other data fine but now nothing. I already uninstalled the app many times, cleared data, unpaired scale… tried everything. Pls help. Support won’t get back to me.

عند الضغط على بيانات النوم يقوم البرنامج بالتوقف تلقائي والخروج مع العلم ان هاتفي ايفون 12 ارجو حل المشكله لدي لا اعلم كيف اتواصل مع خدمه العملاء من داخل البرنامج لا توجد خدمه على ما اعتقد الرجاء حل المشكله لوضع تقييم خمس نجوم وشكراً🩵
