Why do I need an app to order? Download app and I have to make an account? You don’t need an email or phone number to take my order at the bar. Waste of time.

I’d like to sit down and order a burger and a beer. To get there I need to - scan a qr code - download an app - set up an account - reset my password - confirm my PIN code - confirm my email - make my order - register a payment card - confirm the registration - make the payment - confirm the payment transaction - pay a tip on top of this There’s about 50% too much friction to getting to a successful payment — and I should be given a bonus on my order to make up for it. In retrospect, I wish I stood up and walked to the bar to make my order, and saved the tip amount. And on top of that, it was supposed to be a lager top, rather than a plain lager — misdelivery at the last mile.

Nice idea but clunky - kept taking me back to google maps when I’d already identified where I was and was trying to place an order. Then very difficult to find the options for just a glass of wine - kept adding a whole bottle. Really hard work and to cap it all the drinks took an age to come. Quicker and easier to just go to the bar.

You will die of thirst while trying to get the app to do anything.

The number of steps you have to go through is infuriating. Just let me order food. Also you have absolutely no right to demand my phone number and email address to order a damn beer. It’s ridiculous and I hate it with every fibre of my being.

Easy to set up and good choices. Very good app.

I would prefer not to have to make an account

Password field doesn’t allow you to paste in passwords or otherwise use a password manager.

I’ve not even eaten, or even received my order, but Jesus Christ tells me that this won’t be my last supper here. Thanks for everything.
