Unusable for US visitors
A whole year after someone else pointed out that the onboarding process doesn't accept US phone numbers, I just encountered that exact same problem. Way to go, app developer🙄

Garbage app crashes when I try to register
I need to create an account to order food, but whenever I put in my email address to register, the app crashes. I started writing this review while my wife tried downloading the app on her phone. It crashed for her too. Absolute garbage
Pls add US phone number capability

Won’t take a US phone number
App won’t let you sign up with a US phone number. Since you have to sign up to order food to the table, it was unusable. (There’s no field to change the country code for the phone number, so you get an error message that it’s an invalid +44 number.)
Literally the worst.
I Never EVER write reviews, but this app is impossible to use, takes way to long, and barely works at all. My family just wanted to sit and have a nice meal, but this pub made us use this godforsaken app. It’s impossible to do anything on this without going through a 10-15 minute onboarding process, and is incredibly useless. Don’t use this at your restaurants please.
Have to register to use. Horrible UI
Pretty ridiculous in this day and age that you make people register to order, when most likely they are just using it sporadically.
Kinda pointless app
First thing it does is ask if it can get my location. Didn’t explain why, just give the location. Not a fan, wouldn’t recommend to a bar/ restaurant to use. Curious what % they try and take from the places that use them. Cheers!
Too much trouble for the worth
Why do you need all this information to order a beer??
Impossible to register without UK phone
App is useless without registering, and you can't register without a UK phone number. Total garbage for anyone traveling; don't bother trying.
Worst app ever.
Took 20 mins to download on the pub Wi-Fi - why on earth do you have a 76mb app that nobody wants on their phone. Also - don’t make me give you my photo - that’s creepy.
