Too many steps and menu didn’t match to the pub
This was very frustrating to use with too many steps to install, and order food. It forces you to create an account which is frustrating. And then the menu didn’t match up to the actual menu in the pub.
So much faf to just order at a pub
The post Covid QR culture is something I enjoy, but dragging you through an app download and account set up is a pain.
Too many hoops
It took me about 10 minutes to find the log on and register to this app. The process is unnecessarily long.
Demands way too much information
Very annoying app. Takes forever to do what it was designed for.
Great Food And Service In A Traditional Pub
Sunday Roasts and burger, big portions and coked to perfection, attentive service with A smile. Nice atmosphere. We dined inside but outside dinning was available good umbrellas and heat lamps. Thanks for a nice evening.

Sat in the Sunshine in Paddington , visiting while my hubby works bless him , sat outside & noticed that there a 193yr celebration .. had a lovely lunch & bought a glass of Savignon when I returned to get another drink got it free by downloading the app! Staff lovely & food great

App easy to load for an oldster! Now let’s see if Drinks will be here shortly applies!!
Convoluted and confusing
Registering is laboursome, eg no autofill on key fields Tap “order to table” and the next screen shows a map of the United Kingdom. Is it me?? I use the Green King pubs app too: you could learn a lot from that
