My order was late, wrong and the quality of the pizzas were not as expected. I regularly used coco mercado to send groceries to my mom every month and they work great. A friend told me about this app to send food from different restaurants and rides. I decided to give it a try and was very disappointed. The app lacks of a lot of things: there is no reviews whatsoever in order to choose and make a decision on what restaurant to choose, app is also missing details to add in the delivery section ; they had to contact me for everything and I am out of country. My idea was let’s use this app to send restaurant food to my mom. The delivery guy needed to send me multiple messages, the WhatsApp help never responded. A good thing was the chat support was good and polite. A lot to improve in order to use it!

Hi : I think you had changed some helpful things in your app .. such as a LIVE agent .. which was very helpful for me living abroad and trying to send food sometimes to my family in Venezuela . If any problem with delivery I used to contact and chat with live agent and they used to solve the problem .. I do not speak Spanish at all so I used to ask them in English and they used to translate and reply back to me in English .. now I do not see that any more and is just questions and you see if your problem is fit one of those questions .. questions are all in Spanish language so there is no way for me to understand and apply my problem to the related question. If a reply via email or message via what’s app will be appropriated . Thanks

El pedido nunca llegó. La aplicación se cerró justo después de que pague por mi orden. No puedo entrar con mi usuario y el servicio al cliente no funciona. Me he tratado de comunicar y no hay manera, no responden. No me han devuelto el dinero.

El Delivery y la aplicación excelente la comida pésima La carne con un color extraño la tocineta muy mala incomible muy dura

La app se cierra sola, pasa en iPhone y en Android. Tiene meses así y no lo han solucionado.
