ETV Catchup not working

It has been two weeks since some of the programs stopped working. There is only chat support and get same response saying they escalated it to provider and no ETA on fix.

Stay away - Worst streaming service & support

Extremely frustrating experience. I had to pay upfront for year of service where support marketing claims is the best deal - only to watch “channel streaming service is not working at this time. Contact support”. And then good luck getting any resolution. Same story repeats, everyday support is sorry for inconvenience. But no resolution. Support does not even know which channels are working and which are not!! Stay away from this app & their streaming service. It is a scam !! I am. Registered customer of the YuppTV streaming service.

Never subscribe YuppTV. You all just watching 3rd party advertisements after you pay full subscription. Worst customer service. Multiple times reported advertisement issues. Never resolved. Basically You pay to watch advertisements

Scam TV

They made me buy subscription for 15 months saying it’s a good deal. I paid $200 upfront and within 4-5 months they removed all the prime channels categorizing it as sunNxt and left the least watched ones and they say I have to pay an additional $180 to avail the sunNxt channels. A good company would either return the money or honor their promise for the rest of the subscription period. But this company runs a scam. They won’t do either and they don’t respond as good as when they sell the product. And even when I call to complain about this issue, they’re least bothered about the issue and keen on selling the new sunNxt subscription. Such a waste of money

Limited content, sub standard video / audio quality & ads

Discontinued after 4+ years of subscription. Good : - Indian content - catch up feature for qualifying channels Bad: - Very limited movie releases. After sometime I didn’t see value as many movie’s release on Netflix and Amazon - pixilation content for HD channels. Very poor trouble shooting. Netflix content was streaming but YuppTV won’t. Support staff kept mentioning that internet was bad - clearly not after comparing w/ other streaming service - Ads. After being promised that the service is add free.. I kept seeing adds. Had to call multiple times to remove them. Ultimately decided to save $100 by discontinuing.

Buggy app

I am disappointed with my experience using Yupp TV. The app has been charging me $2.99 every time I open it, which I feel unethical. It happened 5 times in the last 1 month without any explicit approval on any purchase from my side.

Scammers , Ads on top of subscription, incomplete programs

This a scam. Lot of Ads on top of subscription. 30 sec to 1 min Ad any time you change a channel. Program name do not match with the actual video. Most programs are incomplete.

Total scammers - watch out. Their app never worked and despite contacting them within 48 hours they have refused to refund my money thus far. DO NOT purchase.
