There is an ad every time I start watching a match even if it’s in the middle of an over. I already paid for it right, so I don’t want to have any ads except during scheduled breaks or in between overs. The app doesn’t have the option to watch in the background on iOS while doing something else. This is a basic functionality which is there in a lot of other apps, so it should be possible.
When it comes to payment it’s a pathetic app I made a purchase for India vs SA t20 package and when I contact them they say I have subscribed to iTunes I cannot watch the matches even as my payment is already gone and they are denying the fact and asking me to contact iTunes again and again I made a payment through their app and they tell me I have subscribed to iTunes Therefore please avoid making payment using yupp tv app going forward go to different platform if possible where atleast you know you will have no payment issues and clear transparency
You pay EUR 120 per annum but the value you get for it is very poor. Only a few programs / channels worth watching, and then they limit the access to 1 TV only - so you have to go back to that one room to watch Yupp TV or pay them EUR 50 more for an extra access. Cheating at its best!
My app on iOS crashes within 5 mins.Very annoying sometimes.
If I have paid I don’t want to see advertisements ( think Spotify / YouTube)
1. I verified my mobile number multiple times, they still ask for verification 2. Verification doesn’t work because I don’t receive OTP 3. Customer Service sent multiple OTPs which did not work. This took one hour of my time and still not fixed I wish there was an other app in EU to watch cricket legally.
Every time I want to start watching the match there is 30 sec!!! Advert of skrill, in content that I have paid for it is just horrible !!!
Even after paying for the subscription, you need to watch a mandatory 30seconds Ad before a Live match!! Meaningless. And if there is some disturbance and you need to reload, you need to watch the same Ad again!! - unethical.
Really bad - if you try to login to new devices (eg you have a new tv to replace old) they charge you a fee to login to your new device.
App works well but ads should be minimized. Not good to show ad for every clip.
