All my other streaming apps like Netflix, etc. work fine but Yupp TV still thinks it’s the ISP and not their problem. The support will tell you to contact your ISP to fix the problem. The ISP well rightfully tell you to contact Yupp TV since everything else is working except your app. So essentially, you’re just being tossed around without a solution. Looks like they can’t handle growth.
Great content, like the T20 Cricket World Cup, which I signed up for, but the execution is quite poor. Video quality varies constantly from good to awful, with frequent outbreaks of pixilation, and breaks in the stream. When the stream breaks, an automated message to “stay tuned” comes up. Last night during a match this happened every minute or two continuously. I am subscribed to many streaming platforms and the quality and continuity here is the worst of any. When everyone else charging for a streaming service seems to be able to get it right almost all the time, how hard can it be for Yupp? If there was another source of this content, I would definitely not be paying Yupp for their substandard product.

Airplay does not connect at all. What is the point of giving the option at all?
The picture quality is perfect but it get frustrating when it freeze hope you can fix the network system or the bandwidth or maybe many people’s are using it and it get busy over the server . Overall happy with it
Bought the IPL package. Great picture when it doesn’t freeze. Which is often. Wrote to their help desk and received no reply. *edit I would like to have the opportunity to change my review. They did get back to my complaint and told me that Chromecast which I was using to view the IPL was not supported and that is correct. Watching from a PC and the picture is fine.
