App is outdated and not user friendly. App is not good enough for the price paid for the service. Zack’s rank equivalent = 5.

The app just doesn’t go through and I need to go the website to view information. Have waited for this to get fixed, but hasn’t yet.

Very good app. Very good information for your stock market research

The service is quite difficult to access from my experience. They seem to try lure the user into FREE trial periods and subscriptions while forcing a complex login experience which would likely give them a chance at running your card for many auto renewals and a long time before you even notice.

Will not load.

I used to use this app every single day and found a very useful. But over the last few months it keeps getting jammed up, won’t move forward. I can’t move around in the app and it just spins forever so it is become unusable.

This app is visually messy, not professional, and glitchy. When I can get it to not freeze on a loading screen, resulting in me having to close the app and start over, I actually enjoy its content.

Seriously. I am a broker and love the hard work and transparency of data provided by Zacks. The app is beyond frustrating to use - add a back button already or fire your developer asap. Actually, do both. A bit difficult to have clients navigate to a dysfunctional app. Absolutely unacceptable.

Wouldn’t it be great if we could actually see what the notification is in the application itself? I mean I get a little red circle with a number that says I have notification but when I click on the app I have no way to see what the notification actually was.
