Zacks Mobile App

The only reason I use your app is that I trust your company pedigree, but both UX and UI of your app is ridiculous, hard to use, it is a mess. Ask your users what data and how we want to see it, learn from your competitors how to visualize data, guys.

I updated this buggy app and now it crashes when I open it. My iOS is a version it shows as compatible.

I really like the Zacks App and the information it offers. HOWEVER, I have lost count of the number of times I have tried to reset my password only to have the system either ignore my request to reset my password or immediately invalidate my new password. Attempts on the mobile or the desktop and the results are the same. At least I don’t have to mess with a paid subscription. 🤩

This app is horrendous barely worked before the update now it won’t even open up. P.S. The website doesn’t work much better lol it won’t even let me pay them money to get any of the premium stuff, tons of glitches🗑🗑🗑

This app won’t open anymore on my iPhone 10.

Havent been able to open this app since the beginning of August fix it!!! Like ive never seen an app with more issue. If i wasnt paying i wouldnt even deal with it. My child could make a better app than this

The app will not open on the most recent version of iOS as of writing this review.

App is outdated and not user friendly. App is not good enough for the price paid for the service. Zack’s rank equivalent = 5.

The app just doesn’t go through and I need to go the website to view information. Have waited for this to get fixed, but hasn’t yet.
