The best shop
Customer Service
My opinion will be more about customer support, because I didn’t find where I could leave my complaint. Due to the mistake of the Zalando service I paid the money for the thing which I returned. To my request to postpone the date of payment because I need some time to come back home from the vacation and to find the post receipt, I got the rejection. So I won’t be using this service anymore as well as I will share this experience with so much people I can.

I was shocked when I ordered a certain model of bag for 600euro, they put in my parcel a completely different bag of a different model, I believe that this organization employs exclusively irresponsible people who absolutely don’t care about their work or the quality of its performance, they have absolutely no idea about any of this cares about his clients as well.

Promo code field disappeared
For some reason I can’t redeem any promo/discount codes in app. The field is gone about half a year ago. I was thinking it might be temporary update, but nothing has changed. Still can’t use it properly. All purchases has to be done in desktop version. I’m using iPhone 12 mini.

Jeg betalte for min bestille to gange. Og i 5 måneder nu har jeg ikke kunne få mine penge tilbage.De svarer at de har kigget på det, men de returnerer ikke pengene.Måske kan nogen fortælle mig hvor jeg kan gå hen.Jeg har allerede ringet og skrevet.De love og ikke returnere pengene.Meget ubehageligt.
