The app is okey but the problem is with the version 23.2.3 has problems by watching another episode I can’t see the other episodes u just see the latest episode and not the episodes earlier that’s why I’m gonna stop in April 1 my subscription or fix this in 2 days then I’ll have my account but If not am gonna stop my subscription
Useless customer service, even after paying for subscription they don’t acknowledge and you can’t access the premium content, even after mailing the customer support the issue never gets resolved The worst app ever, Cheaters , absolutely horrible

Dear Team , I also forwarded the email on help with regards to the above subject line . I bought premium package when I was in India in 13.Sept it was working smoothly as I am residing in another country it asked me to purchase another plan which I also did . Unfortunately I cannot access any of the videos even after buying the plan wherein I got charged twice . Expecting a support and assistance from the team to fix the issues or else to proceed the refund
I have paid for my subscription here in apple and , I got email confirms from Mamta that my subscription is active , after not being able to watch anything , I get another email to buy subscription again and a very rude email from Kaustubh Vanarase, behaving like he is my boss , I have been a paid subscriber for years and Inspite of problems before I found Zee ok for price I paid and even suggested to my friends in Europe, but now with this behavior it’s a shame that such a app even exists! Shame on you Zee for having agents like Kaustubh, Enjoy with my money hope that it makes you guys rich Regards
