I am writing to express my deep frustration with the performance of your streaming application, particularly when using AirPlay or screen casting. I have encountered several persistent issues that severely impact the viewing experience. * audio selection issues * Loading issue * Freaquent crashing issue * Preferred language issue *slow streaming and buffering
This app is keep crashing.. Very annoying. It’s very difficult to contact customer support. No one is happy to help.
It takes me twice as long to watch one episode. There are so many adverts that come every 5 mins and are between 30secs to 1 min long. Each advert comes twice at once and repeats every 5-10mins. It is very frustrating. Also the app freezes very often and I have to restart the series from the beginning.
Its says disable proxy in settings so i go and do that but nothing changes it still says disable proxy
I purchased subscriptions through app on iTunes and it won’t let me play 2 episodes of all the shows . All I can see the trailers . Admin help us sort out this problem please
App does not work, keep getting error and their contact us page is not working either. So zero support.
Absolutely pointless subscription – hardly any new movies, hardly any new series, just couple of movies every 3-4 months which is not worth the whole subscription. Forget about other languages, no serious contents in Hindi as well. Utterly disappointing!!!

Whether I’m trying to watch a movie or catch up on my favorite TV show, the constant interruptions make it nearly impossible to enjoy any content. Despite having a stable internet connection, the buffering persists, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. Furthermore, the lack of clarification on new movie release dates only adds to the frustration. As a subscriber, I expect timely updates and clear communication regarding upcoming releases. However, Zee5 fails to deliver on this front, leaving me in the dark about what content to expect and when. In conclusion, I strongly advise against subscribing to Zee5. The service’s persistent buffering issues and lack of transparency regarding new releases make it a frustrating and ultimately useless platform. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your streaming needs.
I am unable to use the services even after paying for annual subscription and there is no help or contact to speak to.
I am buying subscription third time this year. Every time I login it asks me to buy a new plan. Please refund my money immediately.
