I had problem with a merchant and zen has been able to contact them and give me back the total amount. I can recommend having a zen.com for your peaceful online shopping !
I don't recommend this bank
I have received some payments from the UK and some banks like Monzo, Barclays and other UK banks do not provide the full name of their customers on incoming payments. Zen blocks these payments without any explanation. I have a pending payment for a sale on binance since 19.05.21 for which I have never received a reply! today we are 8.06.21. I do not recommend this bank. All these days I have been impatient with emails with questions from different operators that I have answered all! They don't have a professional organization to follow up on these cases.
