This App is an Scam! After I installed the app and only make 2 transactions they informed me that my account will be close for not respecting their terms, I ask them to let me know more specific what terms, and they respond me that they can’t tell me 😆🫣 . This App is an Big BS and it will be better to be banned from App Store.
It does not proceed at verification. It shows that photos of the front and back of my id is ok and it shows face verification is ok but nothing happens Inonly have the option to retake endlessly .

i have never seen such bad design in any app untill now. They asked to take photos for verification and after i did all that they just send me back to the beginning and asked me to do all that again without ANY message or anything to tell me if i did something wrong or is its a problem... I did this 3 times and they still did asked me to do it again WITHOUT ANY KIND OF MESSAGE!!! of something that i did wrong!!! After mounths i reinstalled this app and now they send me a message with a activation code and ask me to make a pin but when the app is started they just put a screen with blurry photo please retake the picture of the id but they block that screen so IT IS NO WAY OF TAKING ANYYY PICTUREEE OR DO ANYTHING ELSE!!!! THEY JUST PUT A ERROR SCREEN AND THAT IS ALL NO WAY OF ACTUALLY GETTING BACK TO TAKE THE PICTUREEEEE THEYYY ASKK TO TAKEEE
So far so great !! Fair FX Exchange even on weekends, fast sepa payments and fast customer support.Also used ZEN CARE for the very first time and everything went smooth and fast.I will stick with them 🥰.I recommend !!

Horible suport ,can’t provide an answer or any solution,just waste your time and do nothing with your issue even if the issue in question is not your fault and a mistake in the database

The people that are working here and look over your documents when it comes to proof of funds is a JOKE. I won the Jupiter airdrop, they asked me for proof of funds. WHAT PROOF am I suppossed to show you beside my wallet and the fact that I claimed the airdrop - I sent the money from Binance to Zen, back to my other bank account and back to Zen and they just decided that something is not right. You need people that are capable of understanding such scenarios and that actually know how CRYPTO works. My account was suspended for literally NOTHING. Thank you.
