I am disappointed with my experience with ZEN. my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation or warning, stating that I now posed a high risk despite no changes in my account activities.

Какой-то баг, зависло приложение на моменте верификации, чтобы не делал, перегружал, так и не работает. Уже сутки нечего не происходит к сожалению.
It’s a scam!!!!!
It's a scam. When I transferred money from my crypto wallet to my Zen account, the transaction failed, but the money was withdrawn from the crypto wallet. There were some problems and I was offered a refund, but not all the money was returned. I asked them to refund me the balance but they said I have to deal with some other company, apparently it's their payment provider. But I did not transfer money to any other company. I believe that this is the problem of Zen company. I also tried to get through to the support, but no one answers me and I was blocked the ability to replenish my account on Zen without explaining any reasons! Be prepared for this kind of attitude! I regard Zen's actions as a scam, as they illegally misappropriated my money and ignore to get in touch with me to help me understand the situation. I am going to report fraud to the police.

Zen crypto scam
I got scammed by Zen when i tried to send my money on my card by crypto. They say that they support transactions by crypto, but they dont. I transfer a needed amount on they crypto adresse, and they were gone. Support casually told me that they dont support transaction via network (what the hell thats means) and my founds are irreversibly lost. Just great work, how could company of such caliber scam people?
