Well....

It’s all nice and great until you have to deal with their support, which is absolutely awful. AVOID.

Useless customer service when you have a problem

Love the premise of this software. I use it for my business. But I am thinking of switching. Twice now that I have had issues that have resulted in lost documents or documents not uploading to contacts, and the customer help team have basically told me that they can’t resolve my issue. I am now unable to use the app because I keep getting a pop up on my screen telling me that I have 9 files that haven’t uploaded. When I click “retry now”, the pop up comes straight back up which disables me from using the app. I rang customer help this morning, they said they could help and then put me on hold....I have just been cut off completely. Not good at all for a paid service!!!!!!!

Great App

Very functional and extremely easy to use. Great for the salesman on the go. The best feature is that you can call from your mobile through the app and it logs record all your calls automatically. Def recommend to try it

Excellent piece of kit!

Used this for 8+ years now. Not had any glitches or problems with the service. Lots of flexibility. App works well and smoothly too. Highly recommended!

So far, so good

The syncing between my iPhone and iPad works seamlessly. The address book access saved a ton of time with the setup compared to other CRM apps. Plus, I'm only using Base on my phone and iPad, so it remains free. Great app that saved me time from day one.

could be much better on iPad. Hamburger menu makes UX worse
