Still missing a few features
HubSpot is currently better. You need to add in notifications for email views etc.
Powerful and Easy to use
Was introduced to Pipedrive in 2020 and was blown away by the easy of use and level of integrations with other apps.

Missing Projects
It would be helpful if the App enabled you to access Project Management workflow.
Sometimes it works
The app doesn’t synchronise properly most of the time.
Please add Projects to app!
This is a good app but it is severely lacking use of the Projects functionality. This is an integral part of our use of Pipedrive. Please add this ASAP!
Pipedrive is my memory
As a workflow management tool I get my activities from Pipedrive. I see about 10 clients each day and Pipedrive is my memory for notes and tasks
Doesn’t work at all since update
A fresh new look? Erm, well it’s a different colour, but it doesn’t work, doesn’t even open now!
Easy to use but missing a key feature
I am enjoying using Pipedrive, having used HubSpot previously, it has all the features you need to keep track of your pipeline, prospects etc. My only comment for improvement is that app should have the leads section included that’s available via the web version - it’s handy to keep track of initial contacts that may or may not lead to deals. Otherwise. Great app, works well, no issues.
