The app works fine if you are simply reading tickets as soon as you try and type a reply it just crashes. Not fit for purpose.

Great app for being able to check tickets on the go. However virtually unusable- as soon as I try to type a reply or click send, 9 times out of 10 the App will crash and completely closed down.

Been using Zendesk in PC and iPhone for several years. It’s great. Buy it!

Loses login details

The app has started to lose login details far too much lately. Keeps thinking my iPad and iPhone are new when I have changed in years. This forces login details to be reentered each time the app is run which is a pain.

You have to input all your details every time you want to login.

The app is very basic but ok for on-the-go situations. The real issue is that now I have to login from scratch every time I want to use it. Zendesk domain, email and password are wiped out every couple of hours which is very inconvenient.

No rich formatting controls

Went to reply to a ticket today to find that it’s impossible to view or compose tickets in rich formatting / HTML. Aside from that, the general quality of this app is way below what I expect from a paid subscription. Compare this with the likes of other apps from companies charging significantly less for their SaaS subscriptions, and there’s a gulf between them. Come on Zendesk, for the money we pay, I’m sure you can bring your mobile apps into 2020.
