i have the MI scale 2, and whenever i wanna see my weight it freezes at the loading screen, then crashes. i find myself deleting then reinstalling the app about every 1-2 weeks. please fix this

I am a new user, and I can not sign up. Please check this issue asap
Activity not syncing
1- Not accurate, I would be preparing and busy in the kitchen, then get idle alert!! 2- Sports Activity set on band doesn't appear or sync with the App 3- Not accurate in counting calories, I compared wearing another device on the other hand while doing sports, results were VERY different (Mi band was half the amount of calories). I also activated exercise on the app manually, but on the app the details does not show when you finish. 4- Mi band does not read/recognize Arabic font, so can’t read my news notifications on the phone
Problem with time
I really love the app and the band. However, I have had the same problem since the start: my sleep data is always an hour behind. The app shows that I fell asleep an hour before I had actually fallen asleep and that I woke up and hour after I had actually woken up. I would be grateful if this problem is addressed and fixed.
Signing in Error
Dear Team, Im having a really hard time signing in, i just got my mi band 3 and i cant log in to the app to use it .. its just a useless bracelet now, what seems to be the problem ?
