App is not user friendly. Very difficult to get it to sync. Takes ages to sync and needs to be done manually most of the time. Not user friendly at all. Annoying to have an app that’s separate to the normal Xiaomi app, should be all in one app for all smart devices.
The app freezes, I have to start the app numerous times before it registers.
App started working fine initially. Now hangs virtually every time I open it!
I have one issue in that in the cycling activity that the display dont actually show me my speed in kph but only minutes per kilometer which forces me to use other apps while cycling
I have the body comp scale, the app does not allow tracking of previous data, only on body fat percentage and weight. Othe apps allow you to track all the data points to see your inprovement over all categories. Very dissapointing!
After I installed the latest update, my sleep data and step data do not show up on the app. These features worked perfectly before the update and my watch still tracks my steps perfectly on the watch itself, so it was definitely the update.

Everything works fine except it dose not allow me to see my heart rate status/information as the app crashes every time I click on “Heart rate” to see the day/week/month readings. This is very disappointing as the main reasons I got the band was to track my heart rate.
When I scan QR code or manually add my friends ID it says can’t send request
Okay so my band is telling me “Connect to Mi Fit to update again” and won’t let me access anything else, now when I log onto the app and attempt to add the band, it tells me “couldn’t pair, please reset band” but I can’t reset as I can’t access any other feature on the band. The app offers no other help.
