since October 6th, the bracelet (Mi Smart Band 4) has not been connected at all, I have tried different ways. version 1.0.5.40 Please, fix this

Здравствуйте. Почему ни в браслете ни в приложении не отображается общее число сожженных за день калорий в том числе и на тренировке. ВСЕ отдельно и только в телефоне. А на дисплее только калории сожженные за период ходьбы.
Terrible app
After updates app lost their data The interface is freezing all the time And minor problems with time of measurements (e.g. one day I checked my weight at 7:00 and app is wrote down the time correctly, and another day I checked my weight at 7:00, but the app shows it in future, in 10:00)

Bad synchronization
Several years ago I added my credit card to the app. It was the only successful time. Then I tried different cards, Android and iOS, different accounts and always got errors. The application is generally not bad, but requires significant improvements. And it is very annoying that when you open the list of alarms, they show the wrong time every time, then they turn off/on themselves (iOS 15.8). I really don't like that the alarm (for me this is one of the main functions) is located somewhere far away, on the last tab in the profile, and it is impossibly to configure the display of different blocks for yourself.
