App support is non-existent
Everything was working just as it should with the application (app) for both my previous MiBands (Four and Six). And then I upgraded to the MiBand 8 and needed to transfer data from this Zepp Life (Huami) app to the MiFitness (Xiaomi Wear Lite) app which did not work. First problem I encountered was that when the app opened a webpage to sign-in securely using my iPad, Safari blocked the app due to security issues!!! When I changed the default browser to Chrome, the secure sign in worked, however, there is no data transfer taking place even though the process completed without further issues. I have contacted support for both apps, multiple times, using the in-app support and nothing has happened. No replies from either of them at all, not even an automated reply to tell you they have received your support request! One half of one star rating if I could. :( :( :( :( :( - My five very sad faces review of an app. Do better!!

SpO2 and Sleep Sync to Apple Health?
It appears that two of the main features of the Mi Band 7 (blood oxygen and sleep) does not sync from Zepp Life to Apple Health. Very disappointing.
Can’t login with mifit account anymore
Trying to login in Zepp and it says email doesn’t exist? I know that’s the email I used when it was formerly called MiFit and before the migration Zepp. What the hell my account is removed.
App doesn’t work!
App losses its functionality. Used to be a vreat app to see progress and graphs at a glance. Body score is no longer available. We can’t even delete people’s profile (guest that tried on the scale) - which is annoying.
I noticed the App has the function to track across other Apps which is unnecessary given this is just a weighing in app?!
Loss of Functionalty
After the latest upgrade of the software my watch won’t download anything to the app. Watch connects to the phone but app crashes or requires password re-entry. Used to be great to download maps of exercise but not anymore. App needs work ASAP

No more notifications on my Miband anymore since IOS 16.0.2 update
I have been using my MiBand4 for more than two years, haven’t had any issues before.
But it became a watch only since I updated IOS 16.0.2 two weeks ago. Only alarms still working but not any other notifications from any apps.
I tried everything I can but still couldn’t get any success. I sent a feedback to customer support from the app but no response so far.
