Wakes my phone up overnight
This app wakes up my phone overnight every hour and drains the battery. Hate it.
Scales do not connect
Well done! Good update!
App keeps entering deleted data
No matter how much I delete incorrect weigh-ins from my smart scale they keep coming back. I had to unpair my scale to prevent this happening. Also Weigh-ins are entered 5 or 6 times in the health app So I have a smart scale i cannot use the smart features on. Waste of money. Update: now it’s not updating data to the health app. This app has really gone down hill in recent months. I’m no longer using this app because of these issues I’d give it zero stars if I could
App Doesn’t Connect to band
Even with working wifi and everything in working order, i can never connect the band to the app and the app constantly tells me to check my wifi and my wifi is fine and it works. Please fix this issue
Why does it not work
I am using a mi band 6 and the app crashes when i open the bands settings page
Resting heart rate data disappearing

Why adding to friends doesn’t work?
Please fix this app
Since I am under 16 the app asked for a guardian to grant my account otherwise my account would be deleted. But every time I try to let my parents grant my account, it wouldn’t work and we have tried using Facebook, Apple ID, WeChat etc. All of those options would work during the log in period but after the first step the whole app would freeze and won’t load to the next step in all the guardian log in options.
Doesn’t link to band for exercise
The app doesn’t link to my band when doing exercise eg cycling
