The app is laid out nicely but the timing of her showing you the treatment is off compared to what you are doing in real life by at least a minute for each treatment.

The app is terrible for such a great device. You can use individual treatments but I’d really love to follow one of their plans to see the best results. Unfortunately once I do the first treatment in any plan I can’t advance to the next treatment, no matter how many days I wait it’s just stuck. I’ve tried all the plans and multiple devices and just can’t get it to work. The worst part is that I keep on trying to contact the company and they NEVER respond to any of my emails. I think I’m going to save up for the new NuFace device since it does the same thing and has a new app. So unfortunate because this could have been great.

The app keeps crashing! Tried my Iphone, my Ipad…same! Such an expensive tool, it’s money stolen if the only app that can make it work is unreliable!!!

It used to be great. Super reliable but now O can't even open it to properly delete it. Now, what am I supposed to do with this overpriced device?!

Agree with many others. Love my device but using the recommended treatments are frustrating because my device is never in sync with the app. I'm usually finished before the app.

Not sure why but about 50% of the time when I click “sync” to sync my device with the video, the app just crashes. My phone and the app is up to date but this is super annoying. I also wish you could sync the treatment and close out the video so I could listen to music or something while doing the treatment instead

The timing doesn’t actually match up. Very confusing. I’m going to see if there’s another option for following the treatments that don’t require an app.

The screen to reset password does not show a SUBMIT button (maybe it’s my SE phone) so have to go login to laptop web browser to reset password. Please fix the UI. Seems like password should persist - the device only works with my phone anyway. Other than that everything is good.

I have tried multiple times to reset my password, it asks for my email address and I never receive an email. I have been unable to use the app because of this. The app was logging me out and it never saved my password. I feel like I wasted my Money buying the ziip halo because I have not been able to access all the treatments in the app.
