Love all the different treatments. Like having my own personal expert at home
Videos not working
Just downloaded, excited to try my new ZIIP, but the videos will not play! Please fix ASAP.
App no longer works
Since the last update a few weeks ago (July 2021), the videos on the app no longer play, so I have spent a lot of money on a tool I can no longer use!! Please fix the app and make the videos available on YouTube.
Videos won’t start with new update, really annoying
It’s useless now without the videos working. Please fix ASAP! With iphone 11s
Great idea, doesn’t work!
Unfortunately the app does not work at all, when I open a treatment the video is just black screen and Im unable to play it. It freezes. Also the gel my device was sent with is also faulty as the bottle is broken. Really unfortunate especially for the price.
Not a great latest app update
I’ve had my device since November 2020 and have been very happy with it, the app worked fine, no issues. However, there was an “update” in the last few days which has made the app more unstable - first off the treatment videos often fail to start, you have to close, re sync the treatment and try again. The individual treatment programmes have been renamed (not sure why but was confusing, thankfully they are all still there). Finally, the app encountered some sort of fatal error and I couldn’t even get it to open. Had to delete the app completely and redownload it. We shall see how this goes, but the device is competent dependent on the app. I will be incredibly disappointed if the app manages to make such an expensive device redundant due to bad software and programming … I can’t actually see any improvements to the app, it’s worse now than it was before…
ZIIP does not connect to this App
I have a ziip for 3 months. I was able to use just couple of times. Most of the times the app does not recognise my device. Was adviced to delete the app and download again, after that it worked once! Now even I delete and reinstall app, it doesn’t work.
Suddenly stopped beeping and vibrating at end of sections
I’ve had my ZIIP for almost a year and been happy with it but today it suddenly stopped vibrating at the end of segments, which is very frustrating. I’ve switched it off and on again and I’ve deleted and re-loaded the app. This happens on all cocktails but the end timer seems to work. Bizarre. What can I do - it was really expensive?
It won’t open on iPad Pro
I have to use it it on my iPod touch
