Great app
I’ve had challenges with lack of motivation and seeing result with other work-out apps but Zing has really helped me get started and motivated with the process! The exercises are great and easy to use and follow even if you don’t have great experience in the gym.
Looks promising
But for someone who prefers home workouts, there’s a lack in equipment options. For example, there seems to be no TRX-exercises, which is a vital part of my workouts. I will check back at some point to see if it was added.
