does this button not work at all?
Love this app and the concept! Personal trainers can be so expensive, so I love this alternative! I love being able to walk into the gym and just start working out and not have to think about it. My 2 tweaks or recommendations would be: a button to see your history of weight and reps for each exercise, secondly i would love a notes section for exercise to help keep track of equipment settings or maybe even to track band color/strength.
45 min workout only includes 2 lifts + 1 or 2 ab exercises. The workout volume is not there. You can ask the “AI coach” about it and they provide lifts/exercises you could add but you have to manually update the workout yourself. The AI coach isn’t very AI, more like a customer service chat bot. I used the app for ~2weeks and had 2 instances where the workout program had me doing the same lift, in back to back workouts. If I’m constantly having to adjust the programming, might as well just create my own workout program. App might be useful for beginners, but not for anyone who is familiar with lifting/exercising
This is a frustrating overly complicated and inflexible app. It doesn’t let you swap out warm up exercises. For example I cannot do planks or any of the 5 it says to do and when I ask the “AI” it tells me to do simpler exercises but tells me “unfortunately we cannot alter your routine” so it’s telling me to do things differently but not allowing me to record it. I don’t need this overpriced app to basically not track my actual workouts. It also doesn’t have all my gym equipment to pick from. I really don’t know what I’m getting for the price of this. Plus, doesn’t AI know grammar - it wrote this - “I'll dynamically adapts your schedule”
I’ve tried countless workout apps—Alpha Progressions, Gymverse, Fitbod, Gravl, Train Fitness Pro, and Peloton—but this one truly stands out! The intuitive interface, structured workouts, and variety of exercises make every session enjoyable and effective. One feature I love is being able to control my workouts directly on my Apple Watch, making the experience seamless and hassle-free. The app’s body scan, fitness test, and flexibility tracking provide valuable insights. Hands down, the best fitness app I’ve ever used!
This has helped me tremendously!! When you are timed and pushed you go so much harder!!
This is not what I expected. Please cancel my subscription and refund my money. Thank you
I absolutely love the app and my AI coach I’ve been using this app for a short time so I can’t touch on if it actually works but so far so good and I will update my review as I get further into my body transformation but as of this moment in time I love the app and it seems to working for me! Stay tuned updates coming soon!
The app has added some freshness, a few new exercises to my routine. It offers a competition with myself; accountability. Things I wish were better: It does not offer time between the end of one exercise to allow you to put weights away and get set for the next. It’s most noticeable in the cool down. By the time you see what the exercise is and get situated, the timer is over. I wish it had a “back button” so I could fist information when I log and move on but forget to change something. It looks like it should connect with iPhone exercise to log heart rate and levels but it doesn’t. It also doesn’t connect to Spotify. One day I will parked out at home and it gave me instructions on the exercises. At the gym that feedback doesn’t come through the headsets I wear. The timer warning does, but nothing else. I’m not convinced the demonstrators form is very good. I had painful shoulder entrapment after the third day. I had to modify form based on my own knowledge to avoid further injury. But, it does seem to be shaping my body. It has down a good job of answering questions on the AI chat. I wish I could access chat during a set though when I have questions (like is a set one arm or 12 on each arm). The body scan was very hard to get to work on the side scan. But it did finally go. It gave me recommendations to only work out 30min a day and work on flexibility but the workouts it generates are over 60 min. It makes me think the body scan stuff and exercise app aren’t integrated.
