ZMall Delivery

I almost waited more than 2 and a half hours and please review the stores before putting them on the app

It took them more than 2 hours to deliver . Zmall is us Leo I tried them multiple times it took them minimum 2 hours!

Literally took 3 hours to deliver, please work On that thanks 👍

They are professional and always on time unlike beu delivery they are consistent.

If you wanna get your orders on time give it at least 3 hours.

I was a loyal customer until recently when they failed to deliver my orders correctly. My food was cold and took over an hour and a half to arrive. I had to call twice to get a delivery driver.

My recent experience with ZMall's delivery service was absolutely terrible. After waiting for two hours, my order was canceled, leaving me and my guests without food for an important dinner party. The promised refund was in the form of a token, which I couldn't even use due to technical issues with the app. The customer service team's attitude was rude and unhelpful. This level of service is unacceptable. ZMall needs to improve their reliability, functionality, and customer support immediately. I expect a full refund and a serious commitment to rectify these issues.

I had 3 orders in a row cancelled by Deliver Addis even after taking there recommendations on where they had available drivers to deliver my order they are reliable I downloaded ZMall ! ZMall so far gets it right! You can track your delivery and also they call you to let you know the status of your order!

Why does it keep saying that all stores are closed. I can’t order anything!! It’s really frustrating!!!!
