The vast majority of the app interactions is dealing with unwanted and unnecessary notifications.
Useless customer service
Dont trust scheduled drivers, do trust their etas and lastly dont trust their useless customer service on whatsapp
Menu etc. cannot be clicked on iPhone 13 Pro
Works fine. Slow at arriving often. But now on iPhone 13 Pro you cannot click anything cause everything is moved up a lot. Some screen resolution error.
Good service but app could be better
Service is good but app needs to show how far away the driver is. Currently there’s no way of knowing if he’s 2 or 10 minutes away other than messaging, which is pretty dumb - why not just have it like Uber so I can see where he is

Consistently late, even when scheduled in advance
I have been using Zofeur for a few months now. In Abu Dhabi, they arrive 30 minutes and sometimes one hour after the scheduled time, even when you schedule in advance. The driver quality is also a hit or miss. Some are good and some don’t know any directions or locations.

I would say that is really good service . Bcoz its my first time to book a safe driver and the costumer service is very helpful and driver is very good. Definitely i will recommended it to my friends. Im so happy with the service😊😊
