Always over charge

Over the last three trips, your system shows different different amount and the final charges comes 25% above Drivers intentionally take longer route in per minute charges Despite logging the complain, no response only ticket number from emails Isn’t it better to go with Karim and relax not to pay my overhead

Zofeur service has deteriorated!

Zofeur is no longer reliable. Last time I could not use the app, support is not available until you no longer need it. Charge you booking fees and surcharges not included in original quote. Charged me Dhs15.96 waiting charge even though the driver is still not at the location. Driver confirmed he had not arrived yet, but al says he did. My friend order Zofeur, once it didn’t show and today the driver shows he doesn’t move on the app, then when she called he’s apparently at the car, takes wrong turn off causing a big delay. Maybe all part of making money. This is the 5th time in a row I had appalling service from Zofeur. No longer what they used to be. Not worth the time and money! Disappointed in Zofeur, you used to be so good.

Don’t use them for tech inspection

Tried for an RTA inspection. Took the money- ApplePay+ Cash. No inspection results. As of now- just waste of time and money. Told me to go speak to RTA. What is their service then?

Terrible drivers and no insurance

Did you know that if they crash your car they are not liable? Their driver crashed my Tesla and I am liable. Never gonna use Zofeur again. Better use Taxi or Uber.

Great service good app

This is a great service. Drivers are polite and friendly. App is also good. Apple pay support is also great. Highly recommended.

Exelent service

Do you also have the problem sometimes, Drinking and the car? Well i found the Solution. This company is the answer, great idea. I tried it first time and it works perfect. Nice driver and how nice is it waking up and car in front of your house. No risk and everybody happy! Thank you Zofeur!!!

Zofeur is what was the need of the hour and the app has made the entire experience a breeze. Highly recommended.

Great idea, terrible management of their booking system

They certainly have a serious shortage of drivers. Sometimes you wait 10 minutes sometime 60minutes, and sometimes even if you pre book they don’t show up. Great idea, horrible execution of the service in general.
