Great product but a too slow

We’ve been using and seeing pipedrive evolve for nearly 5 years now. Great product and love the simplicity of the software. We do find on the app the deals do not refresh very well. They can take up to 1 minute when you open an app to refresh which is disappointing.

Sure it does a decent job managing the sales funnel/process but fails to deliver on essential reporting requirements. When I went ahead and executed with this product I was told it would be able to meet by needs by one of your consultants. Now a year further down the road it is not capable of doing what I need to do and this has fundamentally turned into an expensive Excel spreadsheet with a pretty GUI. I am making a transition away from Pipedrive over the next 3 to 6 months and will be glad to be rid of it. Even though I may miss some of the functionality from a sales perspective it does very little if anything to extract operational insight. Furthermore I HATE you only provide support via chat. Aside from the fact that it may well be handy for YOU it’s a terrible way to engage or manage customers. It takes longer and is more complicated than it needs to be. Your opinion on this might be different but I can assure you that I’m not the only customer that doesn’t like that experience. All in all it’s not a bad product and if all you want is to manage sales it will serve you well but if you want any operational insight it is useless. It has some severe reporting limitations that are just simply unacceptable in the 21st century. Stuff I could do in ACT! In 2004 it can’t seem to do. The functionally I’m looking for apparently is not even on the horizon and yet somehow your reporting is able to report an all sorts of useless things but not on important things. If this was $15 per seat it be worth it. And lastly - get better consultants or train them better - I have worked with a few now and all have had issues and have made statements that are simply false or apparently not doable upon further examination. Very unfortunate.

Best CRM system out there for small and medium size businesses

I’ve tried many different systems and Pipedrive is the most intuitive and easiest to use. Feed back - Would like to see the ability to schedule re-occuring events. Would like see the ability to manage tasks better. In these manners. 1. Add tags to identify different statuses of tasks. Such as waiting on a quote, to do’s ect. I find Pipedrive lacks the ability to manage process driven work. For this reason I use an external task manager to manage my business witch defeats the purpose of a crm. 2. The ability to color code the calendar. Visuals are key when you want to move fast.

It’s almost exactly what I need for my buisness, easy to use and very friendly proactive support team during my trial period. Just one point, if the ‘Products’ section can be little bit enhanced. Highly recommended!

It’s a really good CRM , easy to assimilate and to work with. I know you have millions of customer around the world, but if you listen a Little bit more to them about their ideas and their suggestions you’ll probably be the best CRM in the world faster …. Overall it’s a good software .

Getting better all the time

We started using PD when we launched our SaaS platform over 5 years ago. I won’t say that there haven’t been some challenges, especially in the earlier years. In fact, at times we thought of migrating elsewhere. But PD has continued to improve, add great features, and provide a well priced CRM that is easy to use. Ease of use would be my first compliment - onboarding new users is pretty simple. My second reason for liking PD is the fact that they are constantly adding new features which we greedily take advantage of. I recently spoke with a representative of one of he many integration apps that PD has and they told me that they had never seen PD used with so many automations and other features that are available. If you want them, they are there! Overall, I would say that PD is an extremely good and versatile CRM and that their support is fairly solid - especially if you have one of their higher membership options. Growing pains? Yes. But we have enjoyed our partnership and are satisfied with how they have assisted us in managing our client base.

Best CRM out there

Love this CRM, definitely the best browser CRM and I love the app too. Helps me meet my sales goals and it pushes me to become better. Very user friendly Development team** Please look into app not functioning for about 10 seconds when I open the app.. is it a problem on my end? Would love to see this resolved as efficiency is key and the bug when I open the app is quite annoying
