Great app but has issues.
Except it often happens that when we mark a transfer order as transferred, it shows as transferred on the app, but on website, is still showing as “in transit”.
Still no serial numbers
I have been using Zoho for a while now and am frustrated that their is no serial number functionality on the app which makes it useless if you track items with serial number. Please address this serious issue.
Superb!!! It works Perfectly.
We have recently downloaded Zoho One, and everything is perfect. More interaction, work just made easy and simple.
Blank screen
I cannot get this app to work. Just a white blank screen on both iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X.
Great app
Very intuitive and use friendly. Especially if you know how the web app works. Nice future feature: Wish it had hot links from the dashboard to the actual items, like the web app. It is possible to start and finish the full sales process with just a few clicks. So simple.
Zoho stole my money
I have thousands of dollars missing from a customer that payed a zoho invoice. After weeks of calling, emailing and contacting zoho chat, I still dont have the money. I will be closing my zoho account soon and I recommend you avoid them at all cost. There is no support.

Easy to Use
Zoho is easy to use on a mobile device. It has a few quirks, but overall a solid app. I like that it is available for both Android and iPhone. A few tips and tricks helped me work more efficiently when adding items. For example, if you log in to your account on a computer, you can delete some of the Units values, so you’ll have a much shorter list in the app. And if you keep forgetting which SKU you used last, simply copy it, then paste it into your next item and add 1.
