Nunca jamás pidan en esta aplicación, los pedidos no llegan pero ellos dicen que los entregan. Nunca agregues tu tarjeta de crédito para pagar, harán cobros indebidos ahí, esta debe ser la peor aplicación del mundo donde son unos ladrones sinvergüenzas que le roban a los clientes, y servicio de ayuda no existe
Delivery timing and response
I made an order on the 30/Nov 2021 at 11:30 pm. The restaurant accepted the purchased and it was an online payment. After 1 hour and a half nobody has picked up the meal from the restaurant it appear as a slightly delay, support chat from Zomato is not answering neither the restaurant. And its not permitted to cancel the delivery. Really bad service and waiting. Specially if they cannot find a rider. Restaurant: Amigovio Dubai

I don’t recomendate this app after take my money they say they will refound and that never happen and is not working for internacional card and if u come india u cannot use this app
Delivery in time
At time delivery but from wrong shop twice ordered from chinese corner but they gave from some other shop and food was pathetic

Es realmente bueno, satisface mis nesecidades lo recomiendo.
Reliable app
Good ratio benefit/cost and works as committed, either is online delivery or booking tables or using a promotion in the dine in option. The only thing that I have not tried yet is the payment through the app on the dine in option.
No funciona en regiones
Al menos en Talcahuano no funciona, tampoco en Tomé, por algún motivo el gps no detecta la ubicación ni tampoco la encuentra cuando la dígito.
No encuentro mis colecciones personales
Hola. No encuentro mis colecciones personales en la nueva versión (dic. 2018)..quitaron esta función? Gracias!
