Worst food service provider

Food received with open packaging and damaged and Zomato asking to accept the order of food which is open and looks like spilled on the floor . Pathetic experience and pathetic service

The food was delayed and can’t do anything about it…. Disappointed

Fast and great service.

I have only good things to say about Zomato. The employees are very fast and serviceminded.

You get random deliveries in broken containers

We ordered 21 ice creams. Had 8 delivered where one was broken. All uncooled in 45 degrees. We got a refund for less than half, although we received a third. After 45 min with customer “service” I gave up.

My go to app

For all my hunger needs, I trust Zomato. Howeve, it shows no restaurants for delivery post 11 pm. Please increase the timing of your delivery services as many restaurants are open during midnight but Zomato fails to deliver.

Poor service

This is the third time the status of my food is changed to delivered, before actually having been delivered. And then it was left on the floor when it came! Costumer service was very unhelpful, which is unusual. Quality of service has become very poor.
