Don’t pay with cash unless you have the exact amount!
I asked from support to get a driver who has change since i did not have the exact amount. The driver came (no change, obviously). He went to the store and changed some money, gave me just a part of it and then left saying he will be back. 2 hours later and he did not came back. Had to talk with the support for more than half an hour to call the guy to give me the rest of the money, and for the wasted time they just said “we’ll send a feedback and this hopefully doesn’t happen in the future”. Totally unprofessional!
