DURING YOUR RIDE
With Zwift Companion, you can send RideOns, text with other Zwifters, bang U-Turns, choose between route options, and more. You can also adjust the resistance of your trainer on the fly during structured workouts, to increase or decrease intensity. Want to turn erg mode on or off, take screenshots, or see riders nearby and their stats? All of this happens on Zwift Companion.

Is Zwift Companion free?
Yes, Zwift Companion is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Zwift Companion legit?
⚠️ The Zwift Companion app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Sometimes it connects but most of the time it doesn't do anything. Like only 1/10 connects, 9/10 doesn't connect.
I'm always using same wifi network for both my iphone and mac.
Used to work fine but now not. I gave 2 stars because it works well when it connects, but as I've mentioned, it rarely connects.
I'm probably dropping the Zwift software and go out cycling if this continues. Since the Zwift on my mac doesn't detect my sevicea through Bluetooth, and I can only rely on the companion app to connect to my devices.

How do I link my garmin when the Garmin connection link cannot be opened
Devices keeps on disconnecting.
I can no longer Zwift because it keeps disconnecting after the update.
Zwift Companion unable to sync with Apple Watch
Unable to sync Zwift Companion with Apple watch to project HR in Zwift.
It was fine yesterday but today zilch connection.
If I use Zwift game directly with Apple watch to project HRM it works but with Zwift Companion it doesn’t.
In Apple General , Health section doesn’t even has Zwift Companion as the listed App only Zwift game is listed.
Crashed
This version can’t startup at all.
Meet up issue
Created meet up, but in zwift 20mins before starting doesn’t pop out center or bottom left to join meet up.
App not connecting to Zwift during event rides
It’s hit or miss with this app. With updates it’s worse. Can’t connect with Zwift during event rides.
Kinda works
For a while no problems. But the last 5 months or so lacks of function with the main swift app. I have deleted and reinstalled, deleted the cache and reinstalled . Both phone and Mac are on the same WiFi. Still no map no controls to rider or chat.
I’ve gone through the threads and found a 50/50 of interaction and people who have gotten it working again after it stopped.
It’s odd . So it’s really a 2 1/2 stars. Fingers crossed things get worked out soon.
Poor app, should be part of the Zwift application.
Not built for iPad, doesn’t always connect, settings are hidden and buried in weird places. Please move these features over to the Zwift app (which is fantastic for the few features if has) and at minimum this app should be rebuilt for iPad as many riders use a tablet as their display. I’m a loyal Zwift user, hardware, software etc, but please please fix this app; it feels like an after thought.
