Took me 35 mins to get connected the other day. Doesn’t seem to want to connect to both speed and cadence often. Tells you to wake up device. Nothing wrong with the device it’s the app pick up. Also expensive for these clutches.

I’ve googled, I’ve looked at the app support. I cannot find how to remove the electronic beat. It is not an option in ‘sound and display’ in my settings. It is not an option under preferences. Please, let me know how I can make it go away!
Love the game although I would like Zwift to add the choice to import you own local or famous routes that you can ride with friends or your self
Massive waste of time trying to set this as it’s not user friendly. Can’t find anywhere to sign up with the credit card! I wanna give you my money but there is nowhere to do it even though I have an old account that I’m trying to renew. Searched google and tried to sign up on the website but it’s just not happening. Wish I had my erg as that is simple and just a matter of jumping on 2-3 times a month without any expense!
My first introduction to Zwift was by way of a cycling friend. Once I decided to take the plunge I went all in, brought a Smart Trainer that came with a Zwift 30 day free trial and after a few minor hiccups I was riding my first group event. I got dropped after 5k. It turns out I entered the wrong Cat. Oops a lot to learn, but learn I did. With a few more rides under my belt I stumbled onto an EVO Flux group ride and really enjoyed the ride, the group chat and more importantly the great support they provide. 15 months later, Zwifting has replaced my road riding (only 4 rides on the road in that time), yet I Race ZRL, compete in WRTL TTT events and Proud to ride wearing my in game EVO Magenta ride kit. Plus I have a new bunch of great people from around the world whom I ride/race and tt with. One day I might even meet some of them in person. Living the Dream.
Companion app is occasionally hit and miss that’ll it pick on your session. Otherwise pretty cool training aid.
Absolute pain having to constantly update the app before starting a ride. Surely this many non backwards compatible changes area are unnecessary, or poor design
I would just like to re-emphasise what an absolute joke this product is. Hours of trying to set up with Apple Watch and after it working once no luck. It’s a scam to present to customers that they can work this with Apple when they can’t. Worst UX I’ve ever seen
