Another price increase and no justification to why. They should perhaps consider a tiered version, I’d pay half the price for the basic necessities.

20 a month is too high
I will be finding an alternative app to support my indoor training.
I am waiting for a competitor to make a better app
3.2 gig file size and it needs constant updating. Functionally good but I haven’t noticed any real improvement in 3+ years. I do like the recent climbers portal visualization And another forced update with no improvement
Subscription price is unfair
Raise the price to 19.9 euros/month which is insane
Data loss
I’ve used Zwift for several years. Overall, it has been a good experience. The price was just increased from $15 to $20 per month. Along with the price increase, all the data or history on my training plan I have been working on for 5 weeks is lost. You can’t increase the price by $5 per month and then loose all training data. Very disappointed.
Too Expensive $$$
I’m only use Zwift a couple times per month. I was willing to pay the $15.95 rate, but, will need to reconsider with the new price hike. It’s like paying for a gym membership you don’t use. Zwift has an easy opportunity to increase revenue without lowering prices, through advertising. They could sell billboard space and sign space all throughout their different routes and worlds. Zwift will have a hard time growing subscribers with such a high entry point price.
I’m not paying $20,$15 was already a lot
The app crashes all the time, it is SUPER hard to get devices synced together. I canceled my subscription because I’m not going to pay more for something that doesn’t work well.
Update 1.67
Used Zwift a day prior to the 1.67 update and everything worked fine with my Schwinn ic4. Just updated and the bluetooth connection is now completely lost. Restarts on both bike and tablet do nothing. Really disappointing paying 20$ a month for an app that rolls out major updates so often that lead to huge problems. Paying for something I can’t use and have no idea when it will be fixed.
Too expensive
20 a month is way too much for an occasional user. This is he best app out there but I am very likely to cancel soon without a material reduction in price.
14 day free trial was a lie.
I signed up for a free 14 day trial and was charged $19.99 immediately. The app is good but not for $19.99 a month. Overpriced. Apple states it’s not available for a refund. Ridiculous.
