Used the bikes whilst staying on Miami Beach. They were so easy to use. Just used the App and scanned the QR Code on the bike. Had an hour free and then could pay for longer. Highly recommend.

Employee told me to download app and put code in for a free first hour. I used the bike for 65 min, not only was I charged $45 I have reached out by phone and email and received no reply, NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL OR USE THIS BUKE SERVICE

Our hotel in Avila beach had these. My husband and I rented them while my daughters ran. The bikes were a great way to keep up with them and not leave them totally by themselves in a new area. We even rode them up super steep hills to the Avila caves…. They worked perfect. We loved that you could lock them too! Thank you!

So far I didn’t have no problem using it at the hotel I stayed in.

I’m 13 AND GOT SCAMMED OUT OF 100 dollars I was told that I WOULD GET 1 hour free and when I got back and returned the bike in under a hour I got charged 100

My friend and I had a great ride. Though the app is glitchy with payment, as we went a single minute over and were charged an extra 20 dollars; I contacted customer support and Jay was super nice and understanding in helping us get our refund for the 20 dollars we were falsely charged. Highly recommend to go sightseeing

I would give it negative stars if i could! Credit card info stays forever and it keeps charging you until you return it to ORIGINAL docking station. AWFUL!!!!

Bikes are bad, gear are even worse, can park it anywhere with lock but only on one wheel(easy to steal), no stability on steering, steering handle bar wobble. It would be very good if it was free but it’s not

Easy one star - rented a bike that wouldn’t allow me to end my ride, despite the bike being properly docked. Time is still ticking up as I write this. I have time stamped photos that prove what time the bike was rented. No response from customer service phone number is unacceptable in 2024.
