Love it!
First time running and it felt great, easy to keep up with.
So much more intuitive than I thought. Great app and I love the music mixes.
I started on the C25k app a little over a year ago and quickly entered my first 5k run. After that I jumped into the C210K app and then ran a 10K, 2 more 5k runs, and 2 half marathons. This year I decided to start climbing mountains.
As a disabled Vet, I really loved the C25K and after several knee surgeries and therapy with the VA, am able to start to train again. As this app is familiar, I started hitting the streets again and was very unpleasantly surprised and disappointed that after session 4 you have to purchase the “pro”. Sorry Zen, outside of my budget and really wish it was more clear up front.
I used this app and the couch to 5k in the past. Now they want to charge me for it. Always enjoy this app to train. I just started running again and was planning on using this app again
Love this app.
I’ve used this app for several years now and love it. A few years ago, with the help of this app, I managed to lose 100 pounds. I hadn’t been under 200 since before I had children and I was in the 170s! Due to some medical issues, I gained some weight back but am confident this app will keep me accountable and on track. It’s super easy to use. I love that you can restart it if you’re not ready to push to the next level. Sometimes, I redo weeks until I feel comfortable with where I’m at. It takes time to get your body trained and there’s no hurry to push it too far. I also love that you can lock it so there’s no accidental jumping forwards or backwards in the workout. I’ve done that a few times and it can be a mess if you’re not keeping track. Great app!
I love love this app. Perfect gradient to get me back into running. I like the notices and nudges I get and keeps me reminded about f my goals!
